Feature a full main floor with a loft type second level. Type 2, 32′ models have taller walls that allows for more useable space on the second level.

Shell Kits Include
A. All models: Main structural steel beams, foundation anchor plates, forming system, rebar pockets for vertical rebar, rebar for the shell, tie wire, all nuts and bolts for the steel frame, an illustrated construction manual, and on-site inspection of the steel structure and rebar grid prior to shotcrete.
B. 32′, 40′, and 50′ models: Upper compression ring (which can be used for an above grade cupola), and 2nd level floor supports as called for on the structural drawings.
One-half (50%) of the kit purchase price is due with the order. The foundation kit is typically shipped two weeks following receipt of the down payment and order.
The kit balance is due within one week following notification that the kit is ready to be shipped. Kits will not be shipped without receipt of the balance due.
Rush orders will be accommodated only with prior agreement by Performance Building Systems, Inc. headquarters and full payment in advance.

The minimum requirement for all kit orders is that they be preceded by at least a set of structural drawings which have been engineered, drawn and approved by Performance Building Systems, Inc.’s thin-shell structural specialists.
