It's good to start planning your project far in advance. Ideally, engineered plans should be done in the fall prior
to the year you will begin construction. With financing secured in the winter, the kit can be ordered and delivered
to the home site in the spring. This allows for the best construction window and avoids the stress that comes with
trying to do everything from plans to kit delivery in 6 weeks.
Please feel free to mail/fax/email your rough sketches/descriptions of your home plan to us. For most, the best
option is Google SketchUp, an easy to use, free program that we highly recommend - no prior CAD experience needed!
